CV/Resume is an important part while searching for job. But many of us are confused as what all sections we should have and details about those sections. Ans is here

#CV/#Resume writing is both an art and science as well. When early in the career, one is always confused as to what all one should include in CV/Resume and what not. The questions which come to mind are

1) What sections/modules to include

2) What to write in those sections/modules

3) How much to write & how to write

4) Which is a best format

…….

& so on 🙂

This post tells you about – What all sections/modules one should include in the CV/Resume, details of those sections & some general tips
Seeing this, I decided to put in a framework which helps to decide what all sections/modules you have should and what all you can omit.
Also I have put the details of the those sections/modules along with some general tips. Download this ppt and let me know your thoughts and views in comments sections.

Some more things to remember

1) There is no hard and fast rule for writing a CV/Resume

2) The above framework is an indicative framework and should not be followed as ‘BIBLE’

3) CV/Resume writing differs for all individuals based on work-ex, job profile etc

4) CV/Resume writing can’t be done in an hour or so. It takes time, proper research & efforts to make a perfect one.

5) When you make a CV/Resume, make sure you run-through it with your mentors and friends, peers etc. Sometimes different eyes catch something that our eye can’t

Happy job hunting. Cheers!
